We ship throughout the entire Mexican Republic using third-party courier services.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier service and the destination of the order. In general, delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days, although it may vary due to circumstances beyond Bella Pet’s control.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process and displayed before completing the order. Promotions that include free shipping apply only when expressly stated.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier service, Bella Pet is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or incidents attributable to the shipping company. However, we will provide customer support to assist with shipment tracking whenever possible.
